Byla jsem velmi p\u0159ekvapen\u00e1, proto\u017ee on byl v\u017edy odp\u016frce kdejak\u00fdch potravinov\u00fdch dopl\u0148k\u016f nebo r\u016fzn\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b proteinov\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f na hubnut\u00ed. Jen\u017ee se bratr do hubnut\u00ed pustil kv\u016fli d\u00edvce. Ano, tady jde vid\u011bt, jak se mu\u017ei dokonale pod\u0159\u00edd\u00ed. Jen\u017ee ale mus\u00edm zm\u00ednit, \u017ee bratr cht\u011bl shodit kila s\u00e1m od sebe, nikdo ho do toho nenutil. Mysl\u00edm, \u017ee n\u011bkoho nutit do hubnut\u00ed nem\u00e1 v\u016fbec smysl a je to i neslu\u0161n\u00e9. Ka\u017ed\u00fd a\u0165 je takov\u00fd, jak\u00fd chce b\u00fdt.Ale i kdy\u017e jsem tedy u\u017e shodila v\u0161echny kila, tak i tak proteinov\u00fd n\u00e1poj na hubnut\u00ed ob\u010das u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1m. A pro\u010d? Proto\u017ee mi velmi chutn\u00e1. St\u00e1le jsem z\u016fstala u sv\u00fdch obl\u00edben\u00fdch ovocn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edchut\u00ed, ale u\u017e taky zkou\u0161\u00edm r\u016fzn\u00e9 novinky. Nap\u0159\u00edklad matcha nebo limetka jsou taky skv\u011blou volbou. Mysl\u00edm, \u017ee kdy\u017e spoj\u00edte proteinov\u00e9 n\u00e1poje na hubnut\u00ed s pravideln\u00fdm pohybem, tak se sv\u00fdch necht\u011bn\u00fdch kil jist\u011b zbav\u00edte.
